"No coffee, no fizzy drinks, no CHOCOLATE  , no onions, no tomatoes, no peppers of any kind, no salt, no tea." it's terrible for someone like me who LOVES food but it worked, my ulser is under control and my slacks are getting to be way too big. :D that I can live with.

High: I have my first paying gig on Oct. 29th!
Low: I have to wait until the 29th to have my first paying gig. :D

Well done Rebe. You should be very proud of yourself.

well Pauline I am and I'm not. I'm not in that it took me several decades to get to this point and I am in that I finally began following my dream.

OH BTW, anyone who sees the Procs in the next week say hi from me and mention my CD to them. Use my stage name Elaine Bruce. Just for fun. :D

High: I've had a great time in Edinburgh, lovely to be back.

Low: Having paid for wifi access last night for 7 days then find I couldn't get on today. It turns out it was The Clouds fault and, touch wood, it's working well.

Little high: Tonight we have to move clocks backwards one hour (same in Britain??) so I can sleep one more hour. Glad with it, I don't like summer time.
Little low: I don't know how many clocks and watches I have to move, it's a pain (some will remain like this till next spring LOL)

BIG HIGH: Gonna see The Proclaimers on Thursday, Friday and Sunday :D :D :D :D :D

Highs:
- Saw the Proclaimers yesterday !!!! :D :D :D :D
- On my way to Leeds now
- I like this country, everybody is friendly to me :)

Lows:
- As I was wearing my contacts, forgot to pack my glasses! I can't wear contacts all the time, so I'm wearing some old glasses I luckily had, they are big and old-fashioned, plus can't see properly with them. Lol.

- My handbag burst and I had to sew the bottom with threads of different colours, that's what I had. More LOL.

- Not so funny: I got up this morning to find I have completely lost my voice!! I don't think it's only from shouting at the gig, temperature changes may have something to do. Hope and pray my voice comes back for this evening!

"Hope & pray", huh? Is this the price you're paying for a sin we can only guess at???? :P

High 1: Wore my stunning San Fran jacket to work today and got tons o' compliments 8) Appropriately, it's green to match my thoughts this week
High 2: The work week's done and the costumes are done, so I can sleep, sleep, sleep tonight (simple pleasures) :)

Low: Soooo tired these past couple of days that I just feel low from time to time....'til then next coffee kicks in. Wish I could be partying with all the UK Haverers :(
Gonna stop in the middle just to talk about the part that really matters
