Well what a night! All I can say is they started at a million miles an hour but really backed it up until the end.
Anyway, a confession, yes I was the guy in the black procs T-shirt and hat and glasses who danced like a maniac all night. So much that they dedicated Sean to me!

I think I'm going to learn the song when my throat recovers for when I next perform live, which as always won't be long. Fantastic to have my manic energy acknowledged in a good way for once - especially since I went to my sixthform halloween party the night before the gig and the security guy nearly kicked me out for my bad dancing (which by the way I wasn't dancing half as much as at the proclaimers gig and I wasn't even singing - I hate rave music

)
It's just brilliant to feel you're making a difference being in the proclaimers' audience - the guy next to me even had his photo taken with me. Also, felt really sorry for the guy holding up the 'First Attack Please' sign all night - I think that, like some of the other old stuff, is a song they just don't do live any more.
Great to hear that some new tracks sound great live - they didn't do as much new stuff live as they did when I saw them on the LWY tour though - which is a shame - but great to see not only the big tracks but also Wages of Sin did well live - what a song. Great to get a balance of old and new and Notes + Rhymes - what an opening track!!!
I didn't hear what Charlie said though when he dedicated that song to me - my mum was sure he knew my name. Did he? I mean does anyone know what he said? It was just a shame I didn't hear it which is annoying - that doesn't happen every day after all.
And well done C+C for using the violinist - it means a lot to me having a proper solo to Sunshine on Leith and judging by the cheer it means a lot to you guys too.
In a nutshell, a fantastic evening, also bought the new T-shirt. Well done Craig and Charlie and thanks for another great night!
