Yes I listen to them everyday!! The morning commute belongs to whomever I feel like or someone I am going to see at an upcoming show. The evening commute is for the boys. Sometimes I reverse it, cuz I am just crazy that way!!
I camp a lot in the summer, and on some days the only chance to feed my soul ( Proclaimerwise ) that is, is with the ipod on the beach!! I have been doing it for so long that it is not something I really think about making happen, it just happens, you know like the fact that everyday you leave the house with clothes on. Most people anyways!! HA!!
I have gone from Sony Cassette Walkman in the 80's, to a Discman in the 90's, to MP3 to ipod and it feels like The Proclaimers have always been with me.

I have just managed to wear out my "Hit The Highway" cassette - Yes, youngsters there are still a few cars that have cassette machines to play music (do I need to explain pre-cd history? 8-track??) and have taken the opportunity as an excuse to buy all the cassette versions available to keep in the car. 20-years from now it might be more difficult (expensive) to do that so I might have to upgrade to a cd player in the car :)

Or, I could do what my father always did with his vinyl and video "just in case one gets scratched or damaged" and get a spare or two. Sure sign of middle age - doing something and suddenly catching yourself and realising that's what your Dad did, and whilst at the time he did it you thought it was odd behaviour, now it makes sense...

Looking on the bright side of missing the 20-years, how exciting must it be to find them late on and have the back catalogue to go over rather than having to wait 2-years at a time for the next episode. Can you over-dose, how do you choose which one to play next, back to the last one you played 'cos you liked it or on to the next one?

:D You're right JSTDS! Haha when I got all the back catalogue I was eager to play them all, but I took my time and spent some days listening to each album, in chronological order, before moving on to the next one. It was such fun :D

We have an old truck with a cassette player! You better believe they get played and loudly, tooling over the country roads. You can really sing along in a truck, for some reason. "When you goooooo", the cows don't care.
I just ordered two vinyls, Maybe I should get those back ups for the cassettes, you have a point.
