:D Thank you very much guys,
I apologize to everyone for the long absence, never thought it would take me this long to recover. I’m fine now except for my brains, either I had too long too many painkillers or I’m just getting old. Well I did almost forget our wedding anniversary(32) last Wednesday but that doesn’t count because André was sooooo very happy that for once he beat me to it. Anyway I’m working on it and listening to the procs music helps a lot.
I love the way the music surrounds me and its amazing how they can always make you feel wonderful just throughout their music.
I’m really looking forwards to these three concerts. (Edinburgh & Glasgow)
Don’t expect too much of my reviews but I’ll do my best.
Livi, you know where you can find me, always close to the stage.

Hi Alan & anybody else going to City Hall, N'cle on Sunday 1st. It would be good to say hello, so if anyone who's going wants to meet me and Mrs. Daniel's Grandad, just PM me with your mobile number and I'll contact you on Sunday (or just say hello if you recognise us from the mugshots below).

Sorry we missed you and Tony in Llandudno. We had to go via Anglesey (to drop the littlies!) so set off very early on Sunday morning. We were stood at the front and I was tempted to shout 'anyone here from The Haver' , but didn't have the courage :D. What a fantastic gig it was, we didn't want it to end! Went to the stagedoor afterwards and went totally to jelly.....bit daft for a grown woman!.....I couldn't say a thing, I was so in awe! Bet Craig and Charlie thought I was a total wombat

Hope The Haver Girls (and guys) have a great time in Leeds!

Hi Donna B, just got home yesterday (been in Llandudno for the whole week, til we came back via Leeds on Friday night for that gig) - whereabouts were you stood? We were at the very front and like you, I wanted to ask if anyone was from The Haver (but lacked the courage!!!)  Though I did ask the girl next to me, after we'd got chatting, if she went on the messageboard at all - didn't want to scare her off! We were stood at the left hand side of the stage (ie as you look at it, from the audience side) - it was totally wonderful, that gig. Where were you?

I've just had to laugh Gill.....we were stood on the right hand side of the stage! Typical  Next time I'm going to be brave and shout, or take a plackard, or just acost people :) At one point Charlie said hello to the girl stood behind me, but I never asked if she was a fellow Haverer. Hope you had a good week in Llandudno and that the weather was kind. We spent Monday morning mooching around town before heading off to collect the children. Saw Craig out and about the shops in the morning and still didn't have the courage to say hello. My hubby thinks we should know better than to act like groupies at our age, but we can't help it  Hope Leeds was good. Take care.

Hi Donna, we had a wonderful week, thank you! The weather was wonderful, warm and sunny all week (and no rain either!) Llandudno is beautiful ... and the Venue Cymru is one of our favourite places to see bands (even though it's the other side of the country from where we live. A perfect excuse to spend a couple of days in Llandudno!). We saw Manic Street Preachers there in May and the staff are so sweet ...

Re what your hubby said about acting like groupies at your age, I sometimes wonder how long we can keep up gigging (I'm 48, hubby's 50) but then again, I've always done it so what else will I do with my life??! :D I follow quite a few bands and my husband has learned to love it (or else I go with friends) and he really enjoys gigs now. Plus we only come this way once, so got to enjoy it as long as we can! my philosophy anyway!

I don't think I would have been able to think of anything to say if I'd bumped into either of the boys either (never can!). Glad you enjoyed Sunday - Leeds was also very good and we were in some lovely company (fellow Haverers).

Just got all the details sorted for Scotland, and it looks like it's really going to happen. I'm Gonna Be there! It's a bit intimidating looking at the venues compared to the ones I've seen the band in. Huge, throbbing with people. Bring it on!!!

Aww poor you. I'll be the same way as of Next Saturday, but meanwhile I have three gigs to look forward to next week, two of them the Proclaimers themselves.

9400 at least strong crowd, will be a great one, they're going to have to work hard for this one, that place is more like an aeroplane hangar than a concert venue, but it should be awesome.
